We are looking for a dynamic Marketer to join our team and drive our mission forward through innovative and impactful marketing strategies.

The Role:

The Marketer will play a critical role in amplifying our message and engaging with our audience. This position is ideal for a passionate marketer with experience in the non-profit sector, who is eager to contribute to meaningful change for animals and the planet. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our initiatives resonate with and inspire our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance our brand presence, engage supporters, and drive our mission-focused objectives.
  • Content Development: Design (collaborate with the team) impactful content for our website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other communication channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and promotional events, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging data to refine strategies, optimize outreach, and report on key metrics.
  • Partnerships & Outreach: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with media outlets, organizations, and influencers to amplify our message and expand our reach.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a media environment. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Digital Expertise: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics software.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinker with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and designing impactful campaigns.
  • Commitment: A deep-seated commitment to animal rights and environmental sustainability, with a genuine passion for making a positive impact.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment with a diverse team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
