Constituent Services Representative

Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE) seeks a Constituent Services Representative in her Wilmington office. Duties include providing exceptional customer service and casework management to constituents, working with congressional liaisons at federal agencies to address and resolve a high volume of cases across Delaware. This position requires previous professional experience in customer service, social services, and/or casework. Qualified candidates will demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in customer service; excellent verbal and written communications skills; exceptional organization and project management; and the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
