Job Posting – Scheduler

Congressman Jared Moskowitz (FL-23) seeks a hard-working and organized individual to serve as Scheduler in his Washington, DC office. Applicants should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, dynamic office. 

Job responsibilities include:

Creating and updating the Congressman’s schedule in DC.

Responding to and processing invitations for meetings and events in a timely manner.

Managing the Congressman’s travel plans and logistics.

Coordinating with DC and District staff to prepare the Congressman’s daily binder.

Serving as a member of the “front office” team, including answering the phone and greeting visitors.

This position will serve as the intern coordinator which will be managing interns in the DC & District office.

Additional duties related to managing the overall operation of the DC office.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous Capitol Hill scheduling experience is preferred. Florida ties are a plus. Some work outside traditional office hours is required.
