Policy Advisor

Senior Republican U.S. Senator on the Finance Committee seeks a policy advisor or counsel to join his personal office in DC. Tax and trade are very active issues this Congress, so the ability to perform highly in a fast-paced environment is essential.  Responsibilities include planning and executing legislative strategy, managing legislative issues, building coalitions, preparing for hearings, and writing memos, remarks, and talking points. The ideal candidate will be a tax/trade lawyer or CPA with Hill experience.  Interested applicants should email their resume and a brief writing sample to gopsenatejobs@gmail.com indicating the job title in the subject line.
