As a Partnerships Associate, you'll join a team that provides data-driven insights aiding the identification and engagement of partners across Stand Together community.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Research prospective and current donor and strategic partners utilizing open-source sources and subscription research databases and resources.
  • Organize and analyze collected information that helps build more valuable and mutually beneficial partnerships with donors and strategic partners.
  • Evaluate professional backgrounds, philanthropic activity, public presence, and other relevant evidence against Stand Together’s principles, vision, and strategies.
  • Build, develop, and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with colleagues to drive effective knowledge sharing.
  • Experiment and innovate to enhance knowledge systems, improve processes, and strengthen research products.

Standout Candidates May Also Bring:

  • Degree or commensurate research experience, especially with advancement research, development, fundraising, market research, applied marketing research, marketing and/or financial analysis, liberal arts, library science, journalism, economics, and business communications
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Development or fundraising research experience
  • Demonstrated interest in social change, philanthropy, politics, policy, business, political philosophy
  • Proven research and analytical techniques, emphasizing the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize complex data from various sources and present information in a clear and cohesive manner
