Student Recruitment Specialist


As our Student Recruitment Specialist you will help recruit first -generation scholars from underserved communities in order for them to matriculate to and graduate from college. Every day you will build relationships within the community and engage with scholars and their caregivers providing them with knowledge and resources they need to be successful. To thrive in this job, you must enjoy engaging with young people, and have a strong belief that every scholar deserves the opportunity to graduate from college.

  • You enjoy engaging with young people ( late middle school and high school youth)
  • You are experienced in planning events while managing all elements of project delivery
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you are comfortable with public speaking.
  • You are confident in analyzing and reporting data
  • You are energized to organize and plan recruitment events  
  • You are innovative and result driven 
  • You are excited to support our students by working with them Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00am until 7:00pm (one hour lunch break) and some weekends

The full salary range for this position is $64,480-$80,500, with the exact salary depending on experience. New staff are rarely brought in at the top of the range to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during an employee’s time at College Track. We are committed to the growth and development of staff both through formal and informal opportunities.
