Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee and Chair of the Subcommittee on Criminal Justice and Counterterrorism, is accepting law clerk applications for Spring 2025. Candidates must be current law students and able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Law clerks work under the direct supervision of Senator Booker’s Senate Judiciary Committee staff and engage in a range of activities including: preparing for hearings, conducting legal and policy research, and drafting memoranda and oversight letters. Law clerks will also assist in tracking legislation and nominations, as well as attend congressional briefings.
