Political Outreach Coordinator - Fully Remote

Who We Are:
Verbatim Strategies is a respected advocacy firm. We are currently looking for independent contractors to do outbound telephone work. This grassroots outreach role will work on projects involving important legislative and regulatory issues at the local, state and federal levels.

Who You Are:
You are you a stay-at-home parent, college student, retiree or you are just someone looking to make extra income from the comfort of your home. You are upbeat and friendly. You enjoy helping others and talking on the phone.

What You Would Do:
The position requires making outbound educational calls and conducting interviews people across the country. With your communication skills, you will help people across the country understand the political process and assist them in participating and making their voices heard. During the call, you will collect and record data on our web-based calling platform with attention to detail.

What You Won't Do:
Make sales or fundraising calls, you will not be asking for money ever.

When You Will Work:
You can choose your own schedule during evenings and/or Saturday, based on available project hours & time zones. Projects last from 4-8 weeks on average, each is different.

Where Will You Work:
Work from anywhere with a wired high speed internet connection. This is a fully remote position.

How Much Can You Make:
The base rate is $15.00 per hour plus bonuses if you work 20+ hours/week. Top performers can earn $17.50 to $20 per hour when working 20 + hours a week and meeting goals. You are paid weekly. The best performers will be invited back for additional work.

What You Need:
A quiet workspace with a PC or Mac - no tablets. Wired high-speed internet access and a USB headset with a microphone. Access to a printer is preferred.
