Regulatory Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Legal Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage with diverse legal and policy issues, focusing primarily on financial services, tax and fiduciary retirement issues, pensions, and environmental liability matters. While prior experience in these specific areas is not required, you should be prepared to handle them as a major part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on a range of issues, including financial services, tax, retirement, and environmental liability.
• Draft and review legal documents, articles, and policy briefs that translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies and provide legal advice on regulatory and legislative matters.
• Stay informed about relevant legal and policy developments to offer insightful recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a license to practice law.
• 2-3 years of professional legal experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues in a clear, concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000
• Comprehensive benefits package
