Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of youth programming, ensuring high-quality engagement, curriculum implementation, staff supervision, and community collaboration. This role requires strong leadership, program management skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for staff and youth participants.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required (preference in Education or Social Work).
• Must have at least 2 years of director experience.
• Must have at least 7 years’ experience managing staff.
• At least 3 years’ experience working in After School and implementing lessons.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with program staff, school, members, and community partners.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals both in person and over the phone, applying tact and discretion as situations demand.
• Must have excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
• Responsible and professional conduct that serves as role model to staff and youth.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
