Job Description

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing the coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of various projects for the Organization Division. The Project Manager will ensure that the implementation and conclusion of each assigned project is on target, on budget, and on schedule. Projects may encompass operations, leadership, trainings, finance and more, involving partnering within the division and throughout the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and implementation of assigned projects, including but not limited to,
  • Structure planning, coordination of division trainings
  • Enhancing the full-scale project plan 
  • Executing meeting agendas, logistics, and notes
  • Tracking project deliverables and data collection using appropriate tools
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress to all stakeholders, and
  • Assisting with defining project scope, goals, deliverable, and resource requirements.
  • Serve as project point person, collaborating with a team of key staff, volunteers, consultants, and vendors as needed/required
  • Works Organization Division leadership to implement strategies for projects/programs
  • Other duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Education, Experience

  • BA/BS and a minimum of three to five years relevant experience in project management or equivalent field.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (e.g. Teams, Monday.com, Basecamp, Cognito Forms). Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus
  • Understanding of basic profit & loss statements and budgeting

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, managing multiple concurrent projects, while meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Key competencies include: adaptability, organizing, planning, problem solving
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Hybrid Schedule

Tuesday and Thursday: Office Days - Required in-office

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Work from home
