Campaign Manager Job Description
Dallas, Tx – A leading candidate for the United States House of Representatives is seeking a full time campaign manager to oversee and execute day-to-day operations, organic communications, coalition building, and direct voter contact activities
Campaign Manager Responsibilities
- Draft campaign communications including fundraising emails, social media content, and questionnaires.
- Oversee and manage the candidate’s schedule.
- Staff the candidate at in-person and virtual events.
- Implementing all aspects of the field program, including paid and volunteer canvassing and phone banking.
- Manage the party, organizational, and individual endorsement processes and political outreach.
- Assist the fundraising team as-needed, including scheduling, outreach, donor research and call time as necessary.
- Manage and hire open Campaign positions and help recruit Political Consultants.
Qualifications
- At least one cycle of campaign management experience is preferred, but all candidates will be considered.
- Strong writing skills and experience drafting political communications.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
- A desire to fight for a more just and equitable future for Dallas!
