The Office of Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is seeking a Boston-based Special Projects Director. Applicants should be solutions-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible, attentive to detail, and possess strong written and oral communication skills. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop systems and routines to help the state office of around 15 people function effectively to meet constituent needs; 
  • Support general office operations, including managing processes, systems, and general team needs;
  • Support leadership in training and coaching staff, on an ad hoc and proactive basis;
  • Conduct outreach to community organizations and local leaders;
  • Support principal events and materials;
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

The applicant must also possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable access to a car. Past management experience is preferred; experience with operations, training, or staff development is a plus.
