The Republican Study Committee (RSC) is seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and creative Digital Assistant/Press Assistant for our Washington, D.C. office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills combined with a strong command of social media platforms and content development strategies. This role requires someone who can effectively promote our committee's efforts through both traditional press channels and digital media. Applicants should be adept at drafting press materials and demonstrate basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and distribute daily news clips to Committee members and staff
  • Create compelling and engaging digital content including videos, graphics, and written materials
  • Assist with press logistics for Committee events
  • Collaborate with the Communications Director to implement effective messaging strategies
  • Maintain the committee's website and keep it up-to-date
  • Support rapid response efforts to breaking news and policy developments

This role will be instrumental in promoting the Committee's policy agenda and amplifying the voices of our 180-person membership across traditional and digital media platforms.

The Digital Assistant/Press Assistant will report to the RSC's Communications Director and Press Secretary.
