Phil Nagel's roots run deep in service and sacrifice. As the son of a steelworker and the grandson of a farmer and WWII Veteran, Phil's Journey has been one shaped by a legacy of hard work and dedication to country. Following in his grandfather's footsteps, Phil served in the US Air Force, maintaining F-16 Fighter jets during Operation Enduring Freedom. His commitment to duty and honor was further exemplified by his 20-year marriage to his wife and raising two accomplished sons, Gabriel and Elijah. Through his family's achievements and his own service, Phil embodies the values of integrity, resilience, and dedication. Now, as a proud veteran and community member, Phil is ready to bring his extensive experience and strong moral compass to represent his constituents in Springfield.
The Nagel for Illinois Senate 40 Campaign Committee will bring on 4 (four) Field Representatives to assist with the operations of the campaign. Successful applicants will have an interest in government and Republican politics. Field Representatives will work under the supervision of the Campaign Manager, and will be expected to have adequate travel to and from the office located in Bourbonnais, Illinois. The Field Representative will be tasked with the following:
- Canvassing & survey deployment
- Management of volunteer efforts
- Voter outreach

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
