The Financial Empowerment Network is growing, and we are currently hiring for a Training & Education Manager! This person will provide workshops, training, and technical assistance to partner organizations across the state, including nonprofit and community-based organizations, government agencies, and financial institutions. We are looking for someone with experience educating adult learners and program development/design, who is collaborative and excited about co-creation with our partner organizations.

Job Summary: The Training & Education Manager is an exciting opportunity for a community builder with vision and passion for improving the financial wellbeing of all Washingtonians. They will lead our ongoing professional development workshops and our community of practice for financial coaches, and help us increase capacity to offer training and technical assistance to partners across Washington.

Compensation & Benefits: $67,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience. FEN provides employees with a generous amount of paid time off to balance work and life, including 12 paid holidays and 176 hours of PTO annually. Additionally, FEN provides monthly health insurance premium reimbursement, a telecommunications stipend, and a 1:1 401(k) match of up to 5% after 6 months of service.
