The Office of Senator-elect Adam Schiff is seeking a Staff Assistant / Assistant to the Chief of Staff to work in his Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-starting, detail-oriented, and willing to take on any task. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Chief of Staff with managing staff-wide activities, assisting in managing the intern program, scheduling meetings, and taking on other duties as assigned; assisting the scheduling team, as needed; and assisting the Administrative Director and Technology Director on operations tasks. Applicants should have 1-2 years of previous Hill, campaign experience or other relevant experience. California ties or experience are strongly preferred, and should be noted. 

This is a full-time in-person position. Salary is $55,000. This position is eligible for all Senate employee benefits. Senator-elect Schiff’s office is an equal opportunity employer.
