As the Executive Assistant to this high-profile Managing Partner and Founder of a growing law firm in Virginia, you will support every aspect of the Partner’s practice and take on project-based tasks. As an extension of the Partner, you will play an important part in organizational and administration functions that will enhance the team’s effectiveness and exceed client expectations. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Hill Scheduler or Legal Assistant that would like to provide one-on-one Partner support in an EA role.


About the Job:

  • Provide administrative, organizational, and logistical support for the Partner.
  • Manage the Partner’s schedule, calendar, and emails.
  • Prepare documents for upcoming meetings, update the team on approaching deadlines, and follow-through with appropriate documentation for casework management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, and process expense reports.

About You:

  • Experienced. The ideal candidate is degreed and has at least two years of previous administrative experience in a law firm or as a Scheduler on Capitol Hill.
  • Organized. You understand the importance of systems and processes so that nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Detailed. You know how critical quality work is to a legal case. An eye for detail is key.
  • Flexible. You are open to new challenges and have a positive attitude.
  • Proactive. You are always five steps ahead of your executive. You take initiative and plan ahead.
