GOTV Director - ADLCC

The Arizona Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (ADLCC) is seeking a GOTV Director through the November 5 election to support Democratic candidates in Arizona. The Get Out The Vote Director will assist in the execution of our Get Out The Vote program.

The GOTV Director will report to the Field Director

Compensation of $7,000/month.

This is a cycle-based position that ends on November 15th.

Candidates should be based within commuting distance of Phoenix, Arizona or be willing to relocate.

Core Responsibilities:

• Help implement the GOTV Plan.

• Provide additional support and training to the field staff to ensure best practices are being executed

• Monitor and assist with the recruitment and locking of staging locations and staging location leadership.

• Help train ADLCC staff and volunteers in preparation for GOTV.

• Recruit supporter housing for, manage, and place out-of-state volunteers.

• Manage the placement of hard side partners for DVC during GOTV.

• Be point on DVC phonebanks during GOTV.
