RAD envisions a future where reproductive freedom and justice prevail for all people, including those who are BIPOC, poor or low-income, or otherwise marginalized. RAD’s mission is to promote the continued existence and resiliency of the U.S. abortion delivery sector so that abortion seekers have timely and equitable access to quality abortion care.

Since its inception, RAD has played an important role bridging independent abortion delivery and funders; this has brought over $74M in support to the sector to expand patient access.

As a member of the data and operations team and working closely with RAD leadership and program staff, the Senior Manager will help RAD build its organizational learning muscle. The Senior Manager will be responsible for helping RAD gather, synthesize, and analyze information from both internal and external sources regarding the status of abortion service delivery; assess the impact of RAD's grantmaking and other programmatic work; and seek to deepen our understanding of what the sector needs.
