Who We Seek

As our services and national client base continue to grow, Partners seeks to add a creative, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial Project Coordinator based in our Philadelphia headquarters.

Job Description: The Project Coordinator will support both program and consulting staff. The position reports to and is supervised by the Senior Directors of Consulting Services and Programs.

Major Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Assist program and consulting services staff with planning, scheduling, and communications.
  • Process new inquiries received through the website, by phone, or from other staff members.
  • Assist staff in preparing PowerPoint presentations and webinars.
  • Attend meetings and gatherings as available to provide technical and programmatic assistance.
  • Act as “swing” staff in case of unexpected unavailability of staff for events as appropriate.
  • Receive training in Partners’ Programs (NDNP, Halo, Community Engagement, Capital Campaigns) to assist as needed.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Flexibility and ability to multitask
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent skills or ability to learn Google Suite, Asana, PowerPoint/Canva/Google Slides, and other project management software and customer relationship management (CRM) software, eg., eTapestry.
  • Excellent skills in written and spoken communication and research
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a team with staff
  • Initiative and creativity
  • Ability to travel
  • Comfort working with clients of a variety of religious traditions as part of a secular organization.
