The Pirko Group is currently looking for an Executive Principal I. This position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $21B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and global health economic analysis efforts. This role will support the development and management of innovative government programs to expand the domestic industrial base for public health sector medical technology. The incumbent’s overall focus will center on Stakeholder Engagement and the development of Policy, Tools & Analysis.

The person in this role will:

  • Lead the development of a landscape analysis of current, emerging, and proposed laws, regulations, policies, and guidance that impact industry, domain products and supplies, and the product life cycle from supply chain and manufacturing to distribution to create a policy catalog. This will include a review of both domestic and major international regulatory requirements as well as a review of State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) requirements for the PHIB, including stockpile requirements.
  • Lead the establishment of regular communication mechanisms for IBMSC to communicate with PHIB industry.
  • Develop the stakeholder engagement plan.
  • Lead the development, and implementation of the stakeholder engagement plan.
  • Lead development of key policy analysis tools (e.g., reports) in support of IBMSC strategic policy activities. Such activities will include research and draft preliminary materials to respond to OMB budget requests, legislative reporting requirements, and Congressional requests.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate, manage relationships with business stakeholders, communicate insights and conduct detailed domain specific workshops.
  • Direct and manage end to end analytics project lifecycle including defining project deliverables, KPIs and test requirements.
  • Design and suggest relevant analysis to meet business requirements.
  • Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support ASPR.
  • Travel on official business per the government’s request as required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with all MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • 19+ years of relevant experience leading projects, formulating, and executing Federal budgets, and engaging in Congressional legislative communications.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Computer Modeling, and Digital Applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Familiarity with Visualization, and presentation techniques.
  • Proficiency with all MS Office product and Adobe Acrobat.

This position is contingent upon a contract award.

Pay: $85,862.00 - $154,846.00 per year
