Policy Advisor

Republican Senator on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee seeks a policy advisor or counsel to join his personal office in DC. The ability to perform highly in a fast paced environment is essential.  Responsibilities include planning and executing legislative strategy, managing legislative issues, advising coalitions, meeting with constituents, participating in speaking engagements, preparing for hearings, and writing memos, remarks, and talking points. The ideal candidate will have relevant Hill experience, as well as knowledge of flood insurance and all things energy, including offshore issues.  Interested applicants should email their resume and a brief writing sample to gopsenatejobs@gmail.com indicating the job title in the subject line.
