Head Teacher

Head Teacher needed to lead our before-school, after-school, and summer camp childcare programs.

Do you have a passion for working with children and creating enriching experiences? If so, Kids’ Country is looking for a Head Teacher:

-              Engage with kids in various projects throughout the San Ramon and Danville areas.

-              Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 6 to 8 hour shifts with flexibility.

-              Salary Range: $25.50-$29.50 per hour

The Position:

-              Develop and implement engaging programs to enrich the children’s experiences.

-              Ensure the site director has operational support and create a safe environment for all of the kids at Kids’ Country.

-              Create an engaging child experience with various programming.

-              Provide support in the staff’s goals and team environment.

-              Foster an engaging parent and community experience.

What you’ll need:

-              At least 24 early childhood education units or related

-              Any education or courses in childhood education or childcare administration

-              1-2 years of teaching experience

-              MS office experience
