Director, Internet Strategy

Purpose: Responsible for maintaining brand consistency and quality across all digital platforms. Oversees the work of multiple roles (designers, photographers, videographers, strategists, etc.). Should be comfortable communicating clear strategic direction with individuals at all levels. Should have a strong background in strategic marketing, including experience in branding, storytelling, and digital marketing

Duties:

• Managing and releasing digital media content to promote brand awareness on media platforms for various target audiences.
• Work closely with creative and the rest of the digital team to establish effective online campaigns and engaging assets.
• Monitor the efficiency and accuracy of Team AOCs digital media channels, implementing strategic procedures to maintain its effectiveness and growth 
• Oversee copy and assets for external use 
• Engage to provide consultation and project management services on digital and CRM programs.
• Work with merchandiser on expanding store reach
• Create and present monthly performance reports highlighting creative and KPI insights.
• Task with providing insights, think leadership, digital/social strategy and CRM engagement.
• Lead the campaign’s digital content and creative efforts, managing campaign accounts and social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Work with and support the mobilization arm of the digital department to help with projects that overlap between digital organizing and content creation
• Manage the planning and execution of event coverage on social media
• Assist with the development of digital and social strategies and plans
• Produce and write copy for ActBlue fundraising pages and tests
• Develop and implement testing strategies and report findings

Salary & Benefits: Gross monthly compensation is $6,666.66. This role is eligible for benefits including medical benefits including vision/dental, accumulated paid time off.
