About the Opportunity

The Special Projects Associate of the Hillary Rodham Clinton Leadership Project (HRCLP) will orchestrate the day-to-day operations of the office, particularly related to meetings, events and project management. Responsibilities will include managing the event calendar, including coordinating with other Foundation initiatives and the Office of Secretary Hillary Clinton. They will also assist on development initiatives and provide administrative and logistical support.

The Associate will also be responsible for making travel arrangements, managing expenses, keeping internal databases updated, and assisting in the development of social media, briefings, and memoranda as requested and required. They may provide in-person staff support as needed.

Core Responsibilities

  • Managing projects for HRCLP and coordinating comprehensive campaign planning and follow up
  • Orchestrates office operations, including scheduling, coordinating travel logistics, managing expenses, updating internal databases, and responding to written and telephone inquiries
  • Supports the Managing Director of the HRCLP by conducting necessary research for events and meetings briefings. Staff local events as needed, possible out-of-state travel when necessary
  • Coordinate with the Foundation marketing and communications team around social media and other public statements from the HRCLP

Minimum Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years administrative experience
  • General political knowledge and exposure, especially of the Clinton administration and of the Clinton family
  • Ability to work in a varying schedule including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, and work on multiple time zones, as necessary

Compensation & Benefits

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $48 - 52K annually, depending on the experience you bring. This role is eligible for overtime pay. This range is based on NYC market rates and may be adjusted if you will be working remotely.
