About the Role

Personified is hiring a full-time People and Revenue Operations Director. The People and Revenue Operations Director is responsible for oversight of the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, hiring, performance management, communication and career planning. This role will also be responsible for resource planning and reporting. On the Revenue side, this position is responsible for revenue forecasting, invoicing oversight, and project profitability reporting. This position reports to the COO.


Responsibilities

People and HR: Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of people programs and initiatives to ensure an effective, engaged, diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of people and HR policies, processes, practices, and systems alongside our third-party HR partners
  • Manage employee lifecycle and employee performance practices and programs (onboarding, promotions, onboarding, performance reviews, performance, etc.)
  • Develop communication and change management strategies to support people policy
  • Support employee engagement and culture
  • Oversee HR administration (documentation, personnel records, compensation tracking, benefits management, etc.)


Reporting and Forecasting: Oversee internal processes to accurately report and forecast organizational revenue and profitability.

  • Lead internal processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of organizational revenue and profitability
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource forecasting and reporting process, including creating standardized procedures and best practices
  • Regularly review and update revenue forecast reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to current business conditions
  • Create and deliver clear and concise communications and updates for leadership regarding revenue forecasts and key financial metrics
  • Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to align forecasting and reporting with organizational goals and objectives


Operational Health: Oversee the development and implementation of financial, compliance, legal, and other operational procedures and programs to ensure the organizations’ ongoing operational health

  • Support the leadership team in the development and implementation of financial policies and processes to ensure effective and efficient resource allocation for the organization and to ensure adherence to financial programs for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Oversee the development and implementation of compliance and legal programs and procedures for the organization and ensure efficient communication of and adherence to these programs and procedures
  • Oversee the processes to procure, assess, audit, and implement the tools and resources needed to run the organization effectively and ensure team members are set up for success to do the work required of their position and meet the needs of the organization


Systems and Process: Oversee and lead the development and implementation of high impact systems and processes to support the leadership team on org-wide initiatives for critical culture, engagement, and organizational success

  • Oversee the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives (team building activities, retreats, etc.)
  • Oversee and lead the development and management of high impact initiatives for cross-functional processes and programs
  • Oversee the development and application of internal communications and alignment processes to ensure work processes and decision making is effectively communicated and executed across the organization
  • Oversee and lead the execution of internal communication of leadership team decisions and priorities to support cross-functional alignment


Analysis, strategy, planning: Oversee process to analyze and implement org-wide strategy, oversee the process to track programs, responsibilities, and goals for all departments, and oversee and lead coordination between departments to ensure the success of organizational strategy.

  • Drive the process to engage the leadership team to develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan
  • Engage the leadership team in the development and implementation of the strategic plan
  • Develop and maintain systems for developing programs and tracking relevant data to measure and optimize the organization’s strategy
  • Develop and implement strategies to communicate and engage all staff in the organization’s overall vision, business objectives, and strategic plan


Qualifications

Experience/Traits necessary to succeed in this role at Personified:

  • At least 5 years of operations-related experience – particularly human resources/people operations, finance, and/or technology – including at least 5 years experience managing operations teams or departments
  • Experience in a mission-driven setting is preferred
  • Proven track record as a self-starter who can thrive with minimal supervision, solve problems creatively and independently
  • Proven ability to identify and solve complex organizational problems with a focus on equity and empathy. Experience with People operations and HR, organizational systems and processes, tools and technology, and other solutions is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong project management skills, coupled with sharp attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience working with leadership and across an organization to develop and hold team accountable to operational systems and processes


Pay and Benefits

  • $120,00 -$140,000 based on experience
