This role supports the CEO with all aspects of their daily schedule. As the right hand to the CEO, the Executive Assistant is at the heart of the agency's daily functioning, ensuring smooth coordination, efficient communication, and effective management of critical tasks. This role is pivotal in maintaining the rhythm of the CEO's schedule, facilitating seamless interactions with clients and internal teams, and upholding the confidentiality and integrity essential to the agency's success. The Executive Assistant will cultivate a positive workplace culture and create a supportive atmosphere that enhances employee engagement. 


Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and managing the CEO’s calendar by providing direct access to the CEO while ensuring his time is respected and maximized.  
  • Organizing international and domestic travel. 
  • Organizing client and internal meetings including setting up meeting space, catering, creating presentations, drafting agendas, writing memos, and organizing meeting materials. 
  • Owning pieces of research projects that will inform client work such as media monitoring, including broadcast, print, online and digital. 
  • Supporting client relationship management, including organizing calls and managing the workflow with the client and team. 
  • Serving as a liaison between departments and leadership on behalf of the CEO regarding internal and external initiatives and client relations.  
  • Assisting business development efforts including research, meeting coordination, and compiling reports. 
  • Leading company-wide initiatives and internal communications including organizing the all-staff meeting and coordinating staff recognition awards. 


Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience supporting an executive through prior work as an Executive Assistant or Scheduler or experience working on a political campaign
  • Strong writing and research skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and passion for political campaigns and political advertising 
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing landscapes and to work well under pressure
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and handle competing deadlines. 

 

Benefits

SKDK is committed to pay equity. SKDK believes the target base compensation in this role is between $60,000-$75,000. In addition to base salary, SKDK considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to an annual discretionary bonus, commission on new business, and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and location.
