Overview
Jasper Advisors, a c-suite advisory firm, is looking for a driven, self-starter to join its team as an executive assistant. This role supports the two Co-CEOs with all aspects of their daily schedules.
With an office in Washington, D.C., Jasper Advisors advises individuals, businesses, and organizations on managing their reputation and navigating the change, challenges, and opportunities that come with operating in today’s complex, multi-stakeholder world. With clients including professional sports teams, federal agencies, and nonprofit organizations, the firm specializes in strategic communication, reputation management, crisis communication, public affairs, and philanthropy.

Responsibilities
An Executive Assistant's job responsibilities include:
- Scheduling Founder & Co-CEOs’ calendars and organizing travel.
- Organizing client and internal meetings including setting up in-person and virtual meetings, ordering catering, drafting agendas, writing memos, and organizing meeting materials.
- Owning pieces of research, creation of slide decks, and other projects that will inform client work.
- Media monitoring, including broadcast, print, online and digital.
- Supporting client relationship management, including organizing calls and managing the workflow with the client and team.
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of experience supporting an executive through prior work as an Executive Assistant or Scheduler.
- A self-starter mentality and willingness to take initiative.
- Strong writing and research skills with thorough knowledge of AP Style.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media and trends.
- The ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing needs and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and handle multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Experience exercising good judgement, plus discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
Benefits
Jasper is committed to pay equity. Jasper believes the target base compensation in this role is between $58,500-$65,000. In addition to base salary, Jasper considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to an annual discretionary bonus, commission on new business, and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and location.
