The Harris campaign is hiring a Battleground Political Manager. The Battleground Political team supports and facilitates the communication between state political and coalitions teams and campaign headquarters (HQ). The Battleground Political Manager will support the work of the Battleground Political Team by leading on essential projects. The manager will help project manage across departments for the battleground political team. The manager will also support states by streamlining communication to and from National HQ. We are looking for someone with a variety of experience and who is committed to the mission of electing Kamala Harris.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on assigned priorities across the battleground political team to drive national priorities with states, especially on principal trips.
  • Coordinate across the political and battleground departments to ensure alignment of campaign priorities.
  • Work closely with the Battleground Political Director to ensure state interests and priorities are represented in national conversations.
  • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Deep knowledge of Google Suite
  • Innovative thinker, self-starter, and collaborative organizer
  • Accountable to deadlines, detail oriented, and a clear communicator
  • A team player that recognizes the importance of working collaboratively and communicating at a high level with their teammates
  • Experience working on political teams, advocacy, campaigns or otherwise
