Ideal candidates are high-energy, passionate, and outspoken recent graduates or young professionals, ready to learn and start out in their new career.* You will be face-to-face canvassing, participating in conversations with people about how their support will help _conserve_, _protect and save our planet*. You will be the one inspiring others to take meaningful, lasting action through regular contributions to The Nature Conservancy._

Compensation:

• Competitive base pay ($20 - $22 per hour + bonus)
• Average On-Target-Earnings of $60,000 annually (top performers make $100,000+)
