Deputy Digital Director - Organizing - Coordinated

The Arizona Coordinated Office is seeking a Deputy Digital Director for Grassroots Content to engage supporters in content creation and amplify the campaign?s messaging across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital strategy, grassroots organizing, and leadership.

Logistics

• Salary: $7,000/month
• Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Hours: This position?s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
• Must have a valid driver?s license

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage online organizing initiatives, including online content collection and social media campaigns, to mobilize and engage supporters
• Manage digital associates to generate and collect content from political and organizing events
• Assist the Digital Director in creating and implementing comprehensive digital organizing strategies to support the campaign goals and objectives
• Lead the story banking process to collect compelling voter and volunteer content
• Collaborate with the organizing team to integrate digital advocacy strategies into broader campaign efforts, ensuring seamless coordination between online and offline activities
• Work alongside the Deputy Organizing Director for Engagement to recruit, train, and coordinate online volunteers, fostering an active and motivated digital community
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital tools, trends, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve the campaign?s digital organizing efforts
• Other duties as assigned
