Director of Development

Organization Overview: Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to making a positive impact on our community by providing essential services and support to those in need. We rely heavily on fundraising to sustain our programs and services, and we are seeking a Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts.

Position Overview: The Director of Development will be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program that includes major gifts, individual giving, corporate and foundation giving, planned giving, and special events. In addition, the Director of Development will oversee the development and implementation of marketing and communications plans and strategies, including public relations, media relations, online giving, digital communications and key messaging. The successful candidate has experience and will work closely with the Executive Director, CFO and Board of Directors to develop fundraising goals and strategies. Our current Director has retired.
