Job Description
The Office of Senator Elizabeth Warren seeks a Staff Assistant who will be based in the Senator’s state office in Boston or Springfield, MA. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing front office operations, answering phones, processing constituent correspondence, and greeting visitors. The Staff Assistant is an integral member of a dynamic team and is also responsible for responding to constituents’ requests for help with federal agencies, assisting with outreach to community stakeholders, occasionally representing the office at meetings and events, supervising interns, and handling additional administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and maintains a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
