Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant role at Firehouse entails supporting a leadership member at the firm. Candidates for this position should have 2-4 years of experience working in an administrative role. In addition, candidates should have a demonstrated ability to excel in a team-driven environment, are highly motivated, exemplify strategic and creative thinking, and hold a strong track record of exceeding in prior related positions.
This position is based out of Firehouse’s Washington, D.C. office where the firm’s employees work in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remotely Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities
Strategic Operations: Manage a wide array of projects associated with supporting the firm’s day-to-day strategic operations. These efforts will include helping to drive the firm’s processes, culture initiatives, and internal collaboration.
Meeting Preparation: Manage drafting and compiling key meeting materials, including meeting presentations, memos, and agendas. These efforts will include supporting the firm’s internal processes related to meeting preparation.
Schedule Management: Oversee and coordinate scheduling engagements, including managing internal and external meetings and events, travel arrangements, and supporting the firm’s client and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
· 1-3 years of professional experience in an administrative role
· Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
· Strong EQ, verbal and written communication skills
· Superb attention to detail
· Excel in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to operate with autonomy and “manage up”
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing platforms, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom and Microsoft Teams

· Annual Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
