The Harris for President Running Mate Team is hiring a Scheduler for the Running Mate Spouse to help support incoming trip proposals across the campaign. The Scheduler for this team will help with coordination across campaign and RM leadership teams, manage trip calls, and route incoming trip proposals through relevant approvals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage trip calls across HFP campaign leadership and principal teams.
  • Route incoming trip proposals for campaign principals and project manage trip approval process.
  • Ensure incoming trip proposals are aligned with larger political objectives across the campaign.
  • Coordinate alignment across stakeholders between on the ground teams, state staff, and HQ about relevant trip information.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong, concise, and efficient communicator and writer.
  • Experience as an advance associate is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong trouble-shooting skills, particularly related to travel and operational logistics.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep moving forward on all of them at once.
  • Sense of urgency and understanding of the rapidly changing political environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as required for trip management.
