About You
You are a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a strong foundation in marketing or communications and a passion for the welfare of Israel. Your background includes a solid understanding of the Bible and the contemporary Christian church landscape. With your ability to craft and implement creative problem-solving strategies, you are adept at navigating complex challenges.

You are ready to take on a new program and drive the mission forward through strategic fundraising and meaningful community engagement.
About The Role
The Associate Director for the Christian Fundraising Initiative will oversee our efforts to engage the Christian community to support the brave men and women of the IDF. This role involves developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, crafting engaging programs, and overseeing and reporting on fundraising activities within the Christian community.
Essential Job Duties
- Work with strategic partners on the comprehensive plan to increase engagement and support from the Christian community.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with church leaders, Christian organizations, and community influencers.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraising events and campaigns targeting the Christian community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach materials tailored to the Christian audience.
- Review and approve copy, design, and other promotional materials to ensure they align with FIDF’s mission and appeal effectively to the Christian community.
- Monitor and report on the progress of fundraising activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing nonprofit fundraising activities.
- Work continuously to upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses, and seminars.
- Perform other reasonable tasks relating to the mission of FIDF as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Ability to write and present with excellence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of the Bible and contemporary Christian church.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to offer and implement creative problem-solving strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Detail oriented and able to compile and analyze reports of complex fundraising and marketing data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to the mission and values of FIDF.
- Ability to work in or visit the New York City office preferred, but a fully remote option is available for the right candidate.
- Ability to travel on occasion.

- Compensation is commensurate with experience. The salary range is $75,00 - $95,000.
