Government Relations is seeking a Summer Analyst to join their team in their Washington, DC office, with periodic travel to the NYC office throughout the summer. The Summer Analyst will support the Government Relations team with researching, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating federal, state, and local legislative and regulatory issues and their impact.

Summer Analyst Responsibilities May Include:

  • Providing analysis, writing, and editing support on policy memos and external communications.
  • Supporting editing/development of content/messaging (written docs, grassroots).
  • Conducting research and analyzing important policy issues for further dissemination and analysis.
  • Supporting thought-leadership opportunities and presentation development.
  • Coordinating and preparing for visits with Federal, State and City government and elected officials.
  • Supporting with special projects.
  • Work in close collaboration with our Government Relations advisors

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear messages that resonate with policy and regulatory audience

  • Current undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026

Expected annual base salary range:

$80,000 - $80,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
