Job Description
OVERVIEW
Provide front desk reception and administrative support services for Supported Housing scatter site program. Responsibilities include property management duties; i.e., income documentation and leases.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years administrative work experience required.
Property management experience is preferred. Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel a must. Bi-lingual/Spanish is preferred.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday; 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Fridays: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Physical Requirements/ Limitations: Candidate must be able to access areas above first floor of program facilities, and must be able to travel to different locations within the community.
Salary: Annualized at $ 53,000 plus benefits
