Reports To: Senior Vice President, Administration

Location: Arlington, VA/Hybrid

Are you an outgoing, hands-on administration and operations manager with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail?

The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), the leading professional association for infection preventionists, is seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to provide day-to-day oversight and execution of key administration projects and activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to serve as the right hand to the SVP of Administration, supporting a wide variety of projects for the Administration department!

As the Administrative Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary administrator for all contracts and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), managing and providing general administrative and operational support for the Administration Division. You will oversee a variety of ad-hoc projects and related budgets, develop and maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for areas of responsibility, and provide enterprise-wide support for APIC and its subsidiaries. This position reports to the SVP of Administration.

Qualified candidates offer:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related business field or equivalent years of experience
• 5 years of progressive program management experience
• 5 years of administrative experience

Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000
