Manager / Director
Clyde Group is seeking a rising
star to join our growing communications agency. We are a group that is
disrupting “business as usual” in communications through creative strategy and
tactics focused entirely on results-driven client service. Our work deals with
exciting national-level issues, including healthcare, education, financial

This is a key role for a
skilled communicator that has already embarked on a successful career, both
from an internal team-building perspective and across multiple topics. On the client side, you will oversee account
teams, designing and implementing a creative strategies for key audiences (from
consumers to opinion elites); you'll use an appropriate mix of tactics and will
constantly evaluate success. For the firm, you will manage up, and down –
playing a critical role in shaping our firm and guiding the professional
development of our smart team.
To apply, you should have:

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of communications work in both digital and
traditional environments; agency experience preferred
·
Project management working with
complex clients and experience managing multiple client teams
·
Some understanding of, or
experience in, consumer public relations, as well as public affairs and advocacy
·
Demonstrated experience at
conceiving and deploying proactive strategic programs
·
An outstanding command of media
relations with strong reporter relationships and a proven track record of
placing media stories
·
Experience with creating and
executing social media campaigns, including paid campaigns on Facebook,
Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, and elsewhere
·
A healthy appetite for news and
information, especially related to industry trends, issues, politics and policy
·
The desire to work with a
cross-functional, integrated team to deliver award-winning work
·
A commitment to uphold and
defend the highest levels of ethical conduct
·
A desire to work in a fun,
fluid and fast-paced start-up environment
·
Respect for a culturally-diverse
team
·
A strong ability to participate
in and/or lead the new business process
