Job Summary
KCHA seeks an innovative and forward-thinking professional with extensive experience who can lead the Authority’s Policy, Research and Evaluations teams to serve KCHA staff, residents, and the greater King County community. As a strategic leader and key business partner, the Executive Vice President (EVP) will be instrumental in advocating for policies and initiatives that enhance KCHA’s ability to serve our community.
This leader will be accountable for planning, directing and shaping strategic policy, research and evaluation initiatives. As a member of the senior executive leadership team, the EVP will advocate for and lead legislative efforts in support of housing initiatives, while also designing and implementing innovative programs that advance the goals of KCHA.
Our EVP of Policy, Research and Evaluations will work in collaboration with the President/CEO to develop and implement innovative policy and research initiatives that will influence the housing authority landscape. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking leader and a passionate advocate for housing policy, ready to bring meaningful change in the communicates KCHA serves.

The EVP must be capable of navigating complex partnerships and will approach challenges with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. A proven track record of success in leading initiatives within complex organizations is essential for achieving meaningful outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $193,702.00 to $300,235.90 with a midpoint of $246,968.06. KCHA offers a comprehensive benefits package for you and your dependents includes medical, dental and vision insurance, life and long-term disability insurance plans, vacation, sick and personal leave, reduced tuition, and retirement benefits.
