We are seeking a driven and strategic individual to join Harris for President (HFP) as the States - Paid Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our state-level, localized persuasion and mobilization strategy & content amplification, with the goal of getting out the Harris for President’s message to reach key voting blocs through OOH, digital, and other paid media strategies at a local level. Your primary goal will be to work with the Deputy Director of Paid, coordinating w our Battleground HQ teams, Creative, and key stakeholders to help push our localized content program forward in hopes of moving hearts and minds in support for our campaign on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving paid media recommendations and execution support of our localized persuasion and mobilization paid media program.
  • Liaise between BFP Paid, Battleground HQ, creative, and agency teams to work to deliver messages to our key audiences in our states
  • Develop reports and scheduled updates for the key stakeholders to discuss key objectives
  • Manage materials and timelines of relevant paid media programs
  • Ensure all creative specs are aligned with media placements
  • Ship deliverables to external and internal partners

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of paid media and/or political experience, either at an agency, committee, or on a campaign (or similar experience). Candidates with equivalent experience at media vendors are welcome to apply.
  • OOH and digital buying experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability at time-management, organization, and problem solving
