Summary:

The Digital Fundraising Manager will be responsible for managing Voto Latino’s digital fundraising efforts, including email and SMS/MMS marketing, along with other paid promotions to solicit donations for Voto Latino and Voto Latino Foundation. The ideal person will bring previous campaign or nonprofit experience to drive these efforts to the next level. They will work closely with Voto Latino’s Digital and Social Media teams to execute on goals.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Voto Latino’s digital fundraising efforts
  • Strategize new programming and refine processes to increase online giving
  • Manage relationships with external list rentals, p2p vendors, and other digital vendors
  • Organize Voto Latino’s online platforms including ActBlue and EveryAction
  • Incorporate AI and other technological advancements into processes
  • Produce timely and creative merchandise aligned with Voto Latino’s mission and goals to boost online giving
  • Track program performance daily and create reporting systems for senior leadership


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of previous experience in fundraising or digital marketing
  • Proficiency using HTML, EveryAction, ActBlue, and Salesforce
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes
  • Strong attention to detail, project management and communication skills
  • Highly collaborative style; experience working in fast paced environments with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Experience with working with or for a (c)(4) organization or campaign committee preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to, and awareness of, Latino civil rights and/or issues of social justice


Salary & Benefits:

Between $80,000 and $90,000 annual salary. Voto Latino offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, and paid vacation leave. This is a full-time employment position.
