Immigration Attorney

A sole practioner specializing in immigration law is seeking a motivated and qualified attorney for approximately 24 hours of work each week . Immigration experience is required.

The ideal candidate will be a person with some immigration experience, however, training will be provided to a candidate who is committed to learning the field of immigration law. The ability to handle immigration cases, including affirmative political asylum cases in front of the USCIS, and representing clients in Removal Proceedings in front of the Immigration Court.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $2,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

License/Certification:

• admission to a bar association of any jurisdiction (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Falls Church, VA 22041 (Required)
