Canvassers and Phone Bankers ($30/hour)

Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and committed individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers and Phone Bankers for America PAC. This role involves directly engaging with voters in key battleground states to promote our mission of supporting candidates who uphold free speech, free markets, and meritocracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Voter Engagement: Knock on doors, engage in conversations with voters, and communicate our campaign messages effectively. You'll discuss the importance of voting, our candidates' positions, and the impact of America PAC's values on local and national issues.
• Voter Registration: Assist in registering new voters, ensuring they understand the registration process and the importance of their vote.
• Data Collection: Collect and record voter information, feedback, and concerns accurately using provided tools or apps. This data helps in refining our campaign strategies.
• Community Outreach: Represent America PAC positively in the community, fostering relationships that encourage voter turnout and support for our endorsed candidates.
• Event Support: Occasionally assist in organizing or attending local events, rallies, or meet-and-greets to boost voter engagement.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Politics: A strong belief in America PAC's values and a desire to see them reflected in governance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people, listen actively, and convey messages clearly.
• Resilience: Comfortable with door-to-door work, including handling rejections and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility: Ability to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, as voter contact often requires non-traditional work times.
• Local Knowledge: Preferably familiar with the local area or willing to learn quickly to navigate effectively.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps or devices for data entry and navigation.
