Program Manager

The Dartmouth Center for Social Impact seeks a someone with a passion education and a desire to train social impact leaders to serve as Program Manager for Educational Access and Equity.

This position will manage and expand a portfolio of the Center’s community-based learning programming focused on educational access and mentoring, immersion trips and curricular engagements. This work includes supporting educational immersion experiences, both domestic and international; opportunities for social impact tied to Dartmouth’s curriculum (SIPs); Youth education and mentoring programs; and volunteerism opportunities with social sector partners throughout the local Upper Valley region.

As the Program manager you will engage in program management, program development, curriculum-building, event/trip planning, and student advising. The Program Manager will work closely with the Center’s Associate Director to support the design and development of additional programming that deepens student learning and community impact and increases the diversity of Dartmouth students involved. The position requires a candidate with deep commitment to educational access, a fundamentally collaborative work style, strong execution and program management skills, and the capacity to serve as an inspiring role model and mentor to Dartmouth students.
