Responsibilities:


 Scheduling

Support Senior Partners


-       Coordinate schedules, client calls, record meeting details, some travel and other calendar requirements as needed.

-       Coordinate with clients on availability and request Hill meetings.

-       Work with clients to provide schedules, itineraries as necessary, organize and compile “deliverable material” that our team provides ex. “Fly-Ins”.

-       Remain in constant contact with client leading up to meeting to ensure everything goes smoothly.

-       General Administrative work and support, at times this could consist of assisting multiple partners.


Budget Work


-       Assist the Strategic Communications team with monthly client budgets.

-       Track expenses and vendor invoices ensuring all project requests align with budget goals.

-       Work closely with Director of Finance on invoicing.


CGCN PAC


-       Write, record and mail CGCN PAC checks.

-       Track financial activity, keeping detailed records of money coming in and out of the PAC.

-       File FEC reports quarterly capturing all PAC activity.

-       Send monthly PAC activity updates to the Partners.


Qualifications:


-       Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.

-       Proven experience in administrative work, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.

-       Proven experience working on the hill, preferred not required.

-       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.

-       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

-       Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products is preferred.

The position is in-person, paid, full-time, salaried employment with competitive benefits. Salary & title commensurate with experience. Hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
