Support the political surrogate operation
Key Responsibilities
- Works with Scheduling Coordinators and Scheduling Managers on the creation and execution of all briefing documents.
- Shepherd all memos and documents through the approvals processes.
- Write, edit, proof and approve materials for surrogates ahead of travel.
- Oversee the creation of briefing materials that the campaign develops for key surrogates
- Manage and keep organized high volumes of information, project deadlines, and editing processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to establish and enforce deadlines, ensuring materials are developed and finalized in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough reviews of memos to verify accuracy and enhance clarity, and assist with drafting, as necessary.
- Liaise with other departments to gather critical and often fast-changing information.
- Other duties as assigned.
