The Senior Graphic designer will bring both creative excellence and strategic thinking to develop compelling visual solutions that advance our clients’ objectives and strengthen our firm’s brand identity. The salary range for this position is $79,838-$108,016.


Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree graphic design, visual communications, or related field or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and versatility
  • Expert proficiency in a variety of presentation software and other design platforms
  • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communications
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage across different personality styles
  • Exceptional organizational and priority management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage up and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Sense of urgency; willingness and ability to meet and exceed established deadlines


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development and execution of new business pitch materials, including presentation decks and supporting collateral.
  • Design and produce high-impact materials for client campaigns, including presentations, sales materials, print and digital advertisements, white papers, and event collateral.
  • Drive the evolution and consistent application of Forbes Tate Partners’ brand identity, including logo refinement, marketing materials, and advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with account teams to understand client objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to the creative strategy and visual direction of both client and internal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders and team members across FTP to support client goals.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to achieve departmental goals.
